浅析环境保护公众参和 　　摘要： 环境保护公众参与是法律给予公民的基本权利，是促进环境保护工作的有效措施。本文从环境保护公众参与制度的涵义出发，分析了我国环境保护公众参与的现状，提出了完善我国环境保护公众参与的建议。 　　Abstract： Public participation in environmental protection is a fundamental right of citizens and is an effective measure to promote environmental protection.
