ICU病人家属早期心理需求的调查分析 嘉应学院医学院 毕 业 论 文 题目：ICU病人家属早期心理需求的调查分析 学生姓名： 专业：护理学 班级： 学号： 系（部）：护理系 指导教师姓名及职称： 起止时间：二〇一六年十月——二〇一七年五月 中文摘要 目的：病人病情危重转入重症监护室（Intensive Care Unit，ICU）对于家属来说通常是一件应激事件，通过对家属在应激状态下心理需求的调查分析，帮助制定有效的护理措施，提高ICU病人家属的护理质量。方法：采用危重病人家属需求量表(Critical Care Family Needs Inventory, CCFNI)中文修订版，在病人刚转入时（三十分钟内）由专业人员对其家属进行调查评定。结果：危重病人家属需求均分(3.1169±0.14261)分，其中病情保证(3.7414±0.18127)分、获取信息(3.4700±0.20652)分、接纳(3.2856±0.19930)分、支持(2.7013±0.26876)分、自身舒适(2.6983±0.34952)分。不同年龄段的病人家属需求差异具有统计学意义(P0．05)。结论：ICU护士应该重视早期ICU病人家属对于病情保证的需求，理解不同年龄阶段危重病人家属的不同需求，通过早期满足家属需求从而更好地开展护理工作。 关键词 :ICU；病人家属；心理需求；因子 Abstract Objective：Being moved into the Intensive Care Unit is usually a stress events for families .This paper puts forward the related the related nursing countermeasure by investigating and analyzing early psychological needs of families ,to meet this need ,to ease their burden and mental pressure ,to provide more high quality care .Method：Using Chinese revision of the CCFIN(Critical Care Family Needs Inventory),to make a investigation for family when patients have just moved into ICU. Results：Critically ill patients’ family members demand divide (3.1169±0.14261) points, including Assurance Scal (3.7414±0.18127) points , Information Scale (3.4700±0.20652) points , Proximity Scale (3.2856±0.19930) points , Support Scale (2.7013±0.26876) points , Comfort Scale (2.6983±0.34952) points. Different age groups of patients family members demand differences statistically significant (p＜0.05). Conclusion：ICU nurses should pay more attention to early ICU patients’ family members demand for Assurance Scal, understanding the different needs of different age stages families of critically ill patients, through early to meet family needs to better carry out nursing work.
