辖区内164所村卫生室消毒剂管理现状调查和干预对策 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨辖区内164所村卫生室的消毒剂管理现状，落实消毒剂的管理措施。 方法 选取2015年3～9月辖区内的164所村卫生室作为研究对象，对其消毒剂的管理及乡村医生相关管理知识进行调查并干预，比较干预前后的结果。 结果 干预后的消毒剂管理知识回答正确率、含氯消毒剂浓度选择与配制合格率、消毒剂开启日期标注合格率、使用中消毒剂生物监测合格率显著高于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。 结论 辖区内164所村卫生室的消毒剂管理现状缺陷较多，乡村医生消毒剂管理知识贫乏。加强乡村医生相关知识培训与督导，提高乡村医生消毒剂管理知识知晓率，抓好村卫生室的薄弱环节管理，是落实消毒剂相关管理措施的关键。 　　[关键词] 辖区内；村卫生室；消毒剂管理调查；干预对策 　　[中图分类号] R187+.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）02（a）-0150-03 　　Status survey and intervention measure on disinfectant management in 164 village clinics under administration 　　TANG Jian-hua1 DUAN Ming-ji2 　　1.Department of Medical Monitoring，Health Supervision Institute of Jian County in Jiangxi Province，Jian 343100，China；2.Department of Hospital Infection，People′s Hospital of Jian County in Jiangxi Province，Jian 343100，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the management status of disinfectant in 164 village clinics under administration and to implement management measures of disinfectant. Methods 164 village clinics under administration from March 2015 to September were selected as the research group，the management of disinfectant and the management knowledge of the village doctors were investigate and intervene，the result before and after intervention was compared. Results The correct rate of disinfectant knowledge management answer，the qualified rate of concentration selection and preparation of disinfectant with chlorine，the qualified rate of label on open data of disinfectant the qualified rate of disinfectant biological monitoring in usage after intervention was higher than that before intervention，with significant difference （P0.01）. Conclusion There are a few defects on management status of disinfectant in 164 village clinics and disinfectant management knowledge by rural doctors is poor.Strengthening relevant knowledge training and supervision in village doctors，increasing the awareness rate of disinfectant management knowledge of village doctors，and paying great attention to weak links o
