血管内超声和冠状动脉造影指导冠状动脉支架置入术对比分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究分析血管内超声和冠状动脉造影指导冠状动脉支架置入术的临床效果。方法 选取2014年9月―2015年9月该院收治行支架置入手术冠心病患者160例，随机分为两组，各80例。观察组给予血管内超声指导下治疗，对照组给予动脉造影指导下治疗。对比两组手术效果。 结果 观察组置入率和不达标率分别为93.75%、5.33%，均优于对照组的76.25%、16.39%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组术后死亡率2.50%，显著低于对照组的10.00%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 在冠状动脉支架置入术中采用血管内超声指导相比于冠状动脉造影指导，可有效提高置入率，扩大置入支架后血管总截面积和斑块面积，降低死亡率，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 血管内超声；冠状动脉造影；冠状动脉支架置入术 　　[中图分类号] R541 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）03（b）-0187-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To research and analyze the clinical effect of intravascular unltrasound and coronary arteriongraphy in guiding coronary stent implantation. Methods 160 cases of patients with coronary heart disease receiving stent implantation admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 80 cases in each， the observation group were treated under the guidance of intravascular ultrasound， the control group were treated under the guidance of coronary arteriongraphy， the operative effect of the two groups was compared. Results The rate of implantation and rate of not reaching standard in the observation group were better than those in the control group （93.75%， 5.33% vs 76.25%， 16.39%）， and the differences were obvious（P0.05）， the postoperative death rate in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group （2.50% vs 10.00%）， and the difference was obvious（P0.05）.
