磁性附着体和冠外附着体联合应用临床观察 　　【摘要】目的：探讨磁性附着体与冠外附着体联合应用的临床效果。方法：收集2009年4月-2011年多数牙缺失孤立牙患者20例，制作磁性附着体27件，冠外附着体20件，随访3年，询问患者对义齿的主观感受，咀嚼效率，义齿固位及稳定性，摄X线纯全景片，了解义齿、基牙和牙周情况。结果：患者普遍认为义齿适应、美观、固位、稳定性较好、咀嚼效能较高，复查X线全景片示联合应用后各基牙牙周膜正常，牙槽骨无明显吸收。结论：合理使用磁性附着体与冠外附着体联合应用能达到最高的咀嚼效能和对基牙健康的维护。 　　【关键词】磁性附着体；牙列大部缺失；义齿的稳定性；冠外附着体(太极扣) 　　 　　Clinical Obseration of 20 Cases Combined Application of Magnetic Attachments and Extracorona Attachments/YUE Tao.//Medical Innovation of China，2012，9(15)：029-030 　　【Abstract】Objective： To explore the clinical effect brought about through the combined application of magnetic attachments and extracoronal attachments. Methods： 20 patients with the symptom of most missing teeth or isolated ones were collected in the past three years， followed by the making of 27 pieces of magnetic attachments and 20 pieces of extracoronal attachments respectively. The duration of follow-up visits was from one month to three years， in the process of which patients were enquired of their subjective feelings of the dentures， such as the ruminating efficacy， the solidity and the stability. X-ray panorex films were taken to have the knowledge of the dentures， the abutments and the periodontal conditions. Results： The feeling was shared by most patients that the dentures were suitable， beautiful， solid and comparatively high in stability and ruminating efficacy. Re-examination of the X-ray panorex films revealed that the periodontal membranes of each abutment were normal and there was no obvious absorption in the alveolar ridge.
