航空院所PDM和CAPP集成应用研究 　　摘要：PDM（Product Data Management）产品数据管理系统是管理企业产品设计信息和研发过程技术的信息系统。CAPP（Computer Aided Process Planning）计算机辅助工艺设计系统是管理企业产品从设计数据转化为制造数据相关工艺技术文档的信息系统。PDM与CAPP系统的集成打通企业产品设计信息到产品制造信息的数据孤岛，有效的优化企业内部以BOM（Bill of Material）物料项清单为主线的设计，采购，工艺，制造活动。该文研究了航空院所PDM和CAPP系统的集成需求，提出了基于中间表的集成方案，通过系统集成接口的设计实现产品数据管理与工艺过程管理的信息传递和数据集成，对提升企业的产品研制协同化具有实践意义。 　　关键词：企业信息化；PDM；CAPP；BOM；中间表；系统集成 　　中图分类号：TP311 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1009-3044（2015）20-0206-03 　　Integration Research of CAPP and PDM in Aviation Institute 　　XU Rui， CAO Yun， YUAN Lu， CHEN Zong-li 　　（Xi an Aeronautics Computing Technique Research Institute，Xi an 710068， China） 　　Abstract： The product data management system is the information system which manages the enterprise product design information and the research of development process technology. The Computer Aided Process Planning system is a management enterprise products that made from the design data into data information system related technology documents.PDM and CAPP system integration through enterprise product design information to product manufacturing information data silos， effectively optimize the internal to the BOM （bill of material） material list for the theme of the design， procurement， process and manufacturing.
