突发性耳聋患者白细胞计数和治疗方案选择 　　（成都?t学院第二附属医院 核工业四一六医院耳鼻喉科，成都 610051） 　　[摘 要] 目的：分析不同治疗方案对白细胞（WBC）计数升高的突发性耳聋患者预后的影响。方法：按照152例（169耳）突发性耳聋患者治疗前外周血WBC计数，将WBC计数≤10×109/L者纳入WBC正常组（n=81，90耳），将WBC计数10×109/L者纳入WBC升高组（n=71，79耳），并按照WBC升高组患者治疗情况，将接受抗生素治疗的36例（40耳）患者纳入联合治疗组，将未接受抗生素治疗的35例（39耳）患者纳入常规治疗组。比较各组患者治疗前后听力变化及临床疗效。结果：各组患者治疗2周后听力损失程度均较治疗前下降，常规治疗组听力损失下降程度不及WBC正常组、联合治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；各组患者治疗2周后WBC计数均较治疗前下降，常规治疗组治疗后WBC计数仍高于WBC正常组、联合治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对于WBC计数升高的突发性耳聋患者而言，常规治疗疗效有限，应适当加用抗生素以提高其听力恢复质量。 　　[关键词] 突发性耳聋；白细胞计数；个体化治疗 　　中图分类号：R764 文献标识码：A 文章编号：2095-5200（2017）04-084-03 　　DOI：10.11876/mimt201704034 　　Effect of different treatment regimens on the increase count of WBC and the prognosis of patients with sudden deafness WANG Fang. （Department of ENT，The Nuclear Industry 416 Hospital， Chengdu 610051 China） 　　[Abstract] Objective： This study was aimed to analyse the effect of different treatment regimens on the increase count of WBC and the prognosis of patients with sudden deafness. Methods： WBC counts≤10×109/L were selected as normal WBC group （n=81， 90 ears） and WBC count10×109 as elevated WBC count group （n=71，79 ears） according to the WBC count of 152 patients （169 ears） with sudden deafness before treatment. 36 patients （40 ears） who received antibiotic therapy were included in the combined treatment group and 35 patients （39 ears） who did not receive antibiotic therapy were included in the conventional treatment group according to the different treatment regimens for elevated WBC count group. The hearing changes and clinical curative effect of each group before and after treatment were compared.
