344例错畸形分类的研究 　　【摘要】 目的：分析口腔正畸患者错畸形类型及年龄构成。方法：对2008-2012年在内蒙古医科大学附属医院口腔正畸科矫治的344例口腔错畸形患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，按Angle分类法统计错畸形类型及年龄构成。结果：错类型为AngleΙ类43.90%、AngleⅡ类31.69%、AngleⅢ类24.41%；年龄构成为10～15岁59.59%、16～20岁21.80%、21～25岁14.25%、26～30岁2.33%、30岁以上2.03%；男女比例1∶1.41；2008年6月-2010年6月收治的病例占38.95%，2010年7月-2012年6月收治的病例占61.05%。结论：要求正畸治疗患者的错类型以AngleⅠ类、AngleⅡ类最多，年龄构成以10～15岁为主，正畸患者有明显上升趋势。 　　【关键词】 口腔正畸； Angle分类法； 错畸形 　　中图分类号 R783.5 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）11-0122-02 　　Classification Research for 344 Cases with Malocclusion/CHENG Quan，GE Hong-yan.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（11）：122-123 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze malocclusion types and age distri-bution of orthodontic patients.Method：344 malocclusion patients from 2008 to 2012 were retrospectively studied，their malocclusion types by Angle classification and age distribution were statistically analyzed.Result：The malocclusion types were Angle class Ⅰ with 43.90%，classⅡ with 31.69%，class Ⅲ with 24.41%；the age distribution were 10-15 years group with 59.59%，16-20 years group with 21.80%， 21-25 years group with 14.25%，26-30 years group with 2.33%，and over 30 years group with 2.03%.Women patients were 1.41 times more than men patients.Of the total 344 patients，38.95% were admitted for treatment during June 2008 to June 2010，61.05% were during July 2010 to June 2012.Conclusion：The main malocclusion types are Angle classⅠ and class Ⅱ，the main patients are 10-15 years old.The demands for orthodontic operation are increasing. 　　【Key words】 Orthodontics； Angle classification； Malocclusion 　　First-author’s address：Inner Mongolia Nation University，Tongliao 028000，China 随着社会生活水平的不断改善，人们对牙齿与面形美观、功能的要求日益提高，正畸矫治的患者在最近几年明显增多，所以有必要做错畸形的调查。但是，既往的调查多集中在各年龄组错畸形患病率的报道，而本次调查旨在分析口腔正畸患者错畸形类型及年龄构成，对2008-2012年在内蒙古医科大学附属医院口腔正畸科矫治的344例口腔错畸形患者的临床资料进行分析，现将结果报告如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　研究资料来源于内蒙古医科大学附属医院口腔正畸科2008-2012年的344例口腔错畸形病例资料。 　　1.2 调查标准与方法 　　以个别正常为正常标准，按Angle分类法进行统计，并配合石膏模型、头颅侧位片、全颌曲面断层片等进行分析。 　　2 结果 　　2.1 错畸形各类型构成比 　　200
