PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1 布地奈德、特布他林联合治疗支气管哮喘急性发作疗效观察 【摘要】目的 为进一步观察了解临床中通过布地奈德联合特布他林治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的治疗效果，为临床中布地奈德和特布他林两药联合使用的疗效提高依据。方法 选取我院在2008年1月～2011年1月期间收治的84例支气管哮喘急性发作的患者。将所有的患者随机分为两组，观察组给予布地奈德联合特布他林雾化治疗，对照组给予常规治疗。观察两组患者的各项临床症状和体征变化。结果 观察组中临床控制的有30例，好转的有10例，总有效率为95.2%；对照组中临床控制的有14例，好转的有18例，总有效率为76.1%，比较有显著性的统计学差异(Plt;0.05)。比较显示：观察组患者症状消失时间和住院时间与对照组相较，明显降低，两者之间有显著的统计学差异(Plt;0.05)。结论 布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘急性发作可以取得满意的治疗效果，无任何严重的毒副作用，值得在临床中推广应用。 【关键词】布地奈德 特布他林 支气管哮喘急性发作 雾化吸入 【Abstract】Objective: to understand the clinical observation for further by budesonide combined with terbutaline in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma treatment effects, for the clinical effects of budesonide and terbutaline two drugs combined with the use of improved efficacy based on. Methods: in our hospital in 2008 January ～ 2011 January, 84 cases of acute attack of bronchial asthma patients. All the patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group to give budesonide combined with terbutaline atomization treatment, the control group was given routine treatment. Two groups were observed in patients with the clinical symptoms and signs of change. Results: in the observation group 30 cases clinical control, improved in 10 cases, the total effective rate was 95.2%; the control group with 14 cases of clinical control, improved in 18 cases, the total effective rate was 76.1%, compared with a significant statistical difference (Plt;0.05).
