上海某社区老年人血尿酸水平及其的影响因素分析 　　摘 要 目的：调查上海市嘉定区外冈镇社区老年人血尿酸水平及与体质指数（BMI）、血糖、血脂和血压的关系。方法：对8 435例60岁及以上老年人进行体检，其中男性3 779例，女性4 656例。测量血尿酸水平，分析血尿酸升高的影响因素。结果：血尿酸异常率为20.20%（1 704/8 435），高血尿酸组的体重指数、腰臀比、糖化血红蛋白、血脂平均水平都高于血尿酸正常组，差异具有显著意义（P均0.05）。结论：老年人群中高血尿酸与肥胖、高血糖、高血脂和高血压有关，在进行高尿酸血症防治的同时应加强血糖、血脂、血压的系统化健康管理。 　　关键词 高尿酸血症；老年人；影响因素 　　中图分类号：R589.7 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2018）10-0041-03 　　Analysis of blood uric acid level and the influencing factors in the elderly people in a community of Shanghai 　　DING Ning 　　（General Practice Department of Waigang Community Health Service Center of Jiading District， Shanghai 201806， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate blood uric acid levels and the relationship between blood uric acid level and body mass index（BMI）， blood sugar， blood lipid and blood pressure in the elderly people in the community of Waigang Town， Jiading District， Shanghai. The level of blood uric acid was measured and the influencing factors of elevated serum uric acid were analyzed. Results： The abnormal rate of blood uric acid was 20.20% （1 704/8 435）. The body mass index， waist hip ratio， glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipid level of the hyperuricemia group were higher than those of the normal group and all the differences were significant（P0.05）.
