156例孕妇血清AFP水平的研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨孕产妇血清AFP水平变化规律,并加以研究,为疾病的预防及治疗提供依据。方法 选取2002年9月～2008年12月于我院建档的156例孕妇为研究对象,其均为血清AFP值相对异常者,将其孕周相同时测得的血清AFP水平进行分析研究,并加以比较分析。结果 经研究比较发现,血清AFP水平异常孕妇的胎儿异常率较高,35岁组患者胎儿异常总发生率为18.0%,其他两组为12.7%和5.8%。血清AFP水平异常增高的孕妇产后出现胎儿异常,其水平与正常妊娠孕妇比较,有显著性差异(P0.05)。异常妊娠孕妇婴儿包括双胎、胎儿宫内窘迫、先兆流产、早产及先天愚型胎儿等,且年龄较高的孕妇胎儿发育异常的发生率明显较高。结论 孕妇的血清AFP 水平较正常人一般为高,但是异常升高的血清AFP会反映出胎儿的异常,孕妇及早的血清AFP检测可为胎儿的疾病预防及治疗提供依据。 　　[关键词] 孕妇; 血清AFP; 异常增高; 异常妊娠 　　[中图分类号] R714.25 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701(2010)07-28-02 　　 　　Study of Serum AFP Level with Pregnant Women 　　HE Suqiong 　　Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Dongcheng People’s Hospital of Dongguan City,Dongguan 523000,China 　　 　　[Abstract] ObjectiveTo study the regulation of the AFP level with pregnant women,in order to provide evidence for the treatment and the prevention of disease. Methods156 examples pregnant women(whose AFP levels were comparatively abnormal)in our hospital from September 2002 to December 2008 were selected as research object. And the serum AFP of all the pregnant women were tested at the same gestational week,then the results of the serum AFP were compared and analyzed. ResultsAfter the study and comparison,the fetus is generally abnormal with the pregnant women whose serum AFP level was abnormal. The pregnant women whose serum AFP level is abnormal increase were compared to the pregnant women who were normal pregnancy. The incidence of complications of 35 years old group was 18.0%,and the other groups were 12.7% and 5.8%,the difference had statistical significance(P0.05). The infants whose mothers serum AFP level were abnormal concluded:twin pregnancies,fetal distress,threatened abortion,premature delivery and mongolism,etc. The incedence of abnormal fetus is higher in the regnant women who was older. ConclusionThe serum AFP level with pregnant women was generally higher than that of normal person,but the infants can be abnormal when the serum AFP level with pregnant women was abnormal increase.
