2009年长春市出生缺陷监测的资料分析 　　【中图分类号】R195 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1672-6383(2010)11-0084-02 　　【摘要】目的:为更好的研究和分析长春地区围产儿出生缺陷发生的动态情况,为上级和有关部门制定预防措施提供真实数据。方法:按照中国出生缺陷监测中心制定的出生缺陷诊断及统计标准要求,采用全国统一出生缺陷儿登记卡及围产儿季报表,专人逐项填写,按季上报,并由省、市、区三级监测指导单位分级进行质控。结果:共监测围产儿55281例,出生缺陷儿538例,出生缺陷发生率97.32/万;围产儿死亡507例,围产儿死率91.71/万;出生缺陷前6位依次为总唇腭裂、先天性心脏病、多指、外耳畸形、神经管畸形、脑积水:产母年龄35岁以上为出生缺陷高发年龄。结论:应加强优生知识的宣传,定期孕检,提高产前诊断技术,降低出生缺陷儿的发生率,提高人口质量。 　　 　　【关键词】围产儿;出生缺陷;发生率;产前诊断 　　2009 old birth blemish in the spring City monitor data analysis 　　Teng Shuhua 　　【Abstract】Purpose:Is better research and analysis the long spring region round to produce son birth blemish occurrence of dynamic state circumstance, is superior and department concerned establishment prevent measure from provide true data.Method:According to China birth blemish monitor center establishment of birth blemish diagnosis and statistics standard request, adoption whole country unify birth blemish son registration card and round to produce son statement for quarter, specially assigned pursue the item fill in, report by the quarter, and from province, the city, area be x-rated monitor instruction unit ratings to carry on quality to control.Result:The total monitor round to produce son 55281, birth blemish son 538, birth blemish incidence rate 97.32/ten thousand;Round to produce son death 507, round to produce son dead a rate 91.71/ten thousand;Ex- the birth blemish 6 one by one in order for total lips Mao crack, congenital heart attack, much, external ear abnormal, nerve tube the abnormal, brain accumulate water:Produce a mother age 35 years old above is birth the blemish Gao Fas age.Conclusion:Should strengthen excellent the publicity livinged knowledge, periodical Yun check, exaltation prenatal period diagnosis technique, lower birth blemish son of incidence rate, exaltation population quality. 　　【Key words】Round to produce son;Birth blemish;Incidence rate;Prenatal period diagnosis 　　 　　1.资料与方法 　　1.1 监测范围:2008年10月1日~2009年9月30日对长春地区53家出生缺陷监测医院住院分娩,孕满2
