N式砌块砌体受剪性能试验的研究 　　 摘 要:对30个N式砌块砌体抗剪试件(其中未灌孔试件6个,灌孔试件24个)进行了受剪力学性能试验研究,了解了N式砌块砌体的破坏形态及破坏机理.试验结果表明,灌孔N式砌块砌体的受剪开裂荷载与极限荷载的比值随灌孔率的不同分别为:半灌孔试件77%~82%、全灌孔试件54%~59%.随着灌孔混凝土面积的增大,N式砌块砌体表现出越来越好的延性.未灌孔N式砌块砌体的抗剪强度平均值比砌体规范抗剪平均强度公式计算值高出11%,半灌孔N式砌块砌体的抗剪强度平均值比砌体规范平均强度计算值高出5%,全灌孔N式砌块砌体的抗剪强度平均值比砌体规范平均强度计算值高出74%~106%. 　　 　　关键词:破坏机理;N式砌块;灌孔率;抗剪强度 　　中图分类号:TU365 文献标识码:A 　　Research on the Shear-resistance Behaviors of N-type Block Masonry 　　 HUANG Liang??,GAO Xiang, CHEN Liang, CHEN Sheng-yun, WANG Ke,WU Hao 　　(College of Civil Engineering,Hunan Univ,Changsha,Hunan 410082,China) 　　Abstract:30 specimens of N-type block masonries with different grouted rates were investigated for the performance of shear resistance. According to the shear-test phenomena and failure shape of specimens, the ratios of the shear-resistance crack load and the ultimate load of grouted N-type block masonry which changed with the grouted rates,were 77%~82% of half-grouted and 54%~59% of full-grouted. It has been found that the N-type block masonry shows better ductility with the increase of the grouted areas. The average value of the shear strength of ungrouted N-type block masonry was 11% higher than the average strength calculation value of the masonry norm. The average value of the shear strength of half-grouted N-type block masonry was 5% higher than the average strength calculation value of the masonry norm, and the average value of the shear strength of full-grouted N-type block masonry was 74%~106% higher than the average strength calculation value of the masonry norm . 　　Key words:failure mechanism;N-type block masonry; grouted rates; shear strength 　　混凝土小型空心砌块符合可持续发展要求,是一种极具竞争力的墙体材料?? [1].N式砌块是一种新型混凝土小型砌块,孔洞率为40%.通过对砌块块形的改进实现了在砌筑砌体时孔、肋完全对齐,较好地改善了砌块砌体的受压性能,无论灌孔与否,其开裂荷载、抗压强度和弹性模量均得到提高[2].砌体的抗剪强度是砌体结构的一项基本力学性能,是衡量砌体抗震性能的一个重要指标.因此,N式砌块砌体的受剪性能究竟如何值得进一步研究.本文通过对30个不同灌孔率的N式砌块砌体进行了受剪性能试验研究,并将试验结果与《砌体结构设计规范》(GB50003―2001)[3]中规定的混凝土砌块砌体的抗剪强度平均值进行比较. 　　 　　1 N式砌块砌体的试验概况 　　试件尺寸为390 mm×190 mm×590 mm,试件制作与试验
