2004―2014年深圳市光明新区围产儿出生缺陷监测的的结果分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨2004-2014年深圳市光明新区围产儿出生缺陷监测结果。方法：回顾性分析2004-2014年深圳市光明新区围产儿出生缺陷监测资料，分析该地区围产儿出生缺陷的危险因素。结果：2004-2014年深圳市光明新区各年份间围产儿出生缺陷发生率相比，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）；出生缺陷儿男1.40%（560/39 920），女2.30%（751/32 685），两组相比差异有统计学意义 　　（ 字2=81.17，P0.05）；出生缺陷儿母亲年龄构成（20岁、20～24岁、25～29岁、30～34岁、≥35岁）导致的出生缺陷儿发生率呈中间低两头高特征（P0.05）；出生缺陷儿母亲文化程度构成中，初中及以下的比例明显高于高中及中专、大专及以上的比例（P0.05）；2004-2014年深圳市光明新?^围产儿出生缺陷类别的前六位依次为先天性心脏病、多指（趾）、外耳畸形、唇裂合并腭裂、并指（趾）、唇裂。结论：加强婚检与孕前保健工作，积极开展围产儿产前筛查、产前诊断工作，可促使产前出生缺陷检出率提高，从而达到预防发生出生缺陷，提高我国出生人口素质。 　　【关键词】 围产儿； 出生缺陷； 监测； 分析 　　Analysis of Perinatal Birth Defects Monitoring in Guangming New District Shenzhen 2004-2014/XU Jin-jin.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（16）：068-071 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the monitoring results of perinatal birth defects in Guangming New District of Shenzhen during 2004-2014.Method：Retrospective analysis of perinatal birth defects in Guangming New District of Shenzhen from 2004 to 2014 was conducted to analyze the risk factors of perinatal birth defects.Result：The perinatal birth defect rate of Guangming District of Shenzhen from 2004 to 2014 in different years had no significant difference（P0.05）.Incidence of malebirth defects was 1.40%（560/39 920），female was 2.30%（751/32 685），the difference had statistical significance（ 字2=81.17，P0.05）；incidence of birth defect infants based on mother age（20，20-24，25-29，30-34 years old） of birth defect infants presented low in the middle and high in the both ends（P0.05）；in birth defects mothers’ education constitute，proportion of the junior middle school and the below was significantly higher than proportion of high school and technical secondary school，college and above（P0.05）；the top six of perinatal birth defects of 2004-2014 Shenzhen Guangming New District，in turn were congenital heart disease，multi finger（toe），external ear malformation，cleft lip combined with cleft palate，syndactylia and cleft lip.Conclusion：Strengthen the premarital check-up and preconception ca
