2009年长春市5岁以下儿童死亡监测评审的的结果分析 　　【中图分类号】R172【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-6383-（2010）12-0026-02 　　【摘要】目的：掌握5岁以下儿童死亡原因及影响因素，提出相应干预措施，提高儿童保健服务质量，降低5岁以下儿童死亡率。方法：对长春市2009年5岁以下儿童死亡监测点中的64例儿童死亡进行评审分析。结果：2009年长春市5岁以下儿童死亡监测点死亡率为5.74‰，死因前五位的是出生窒息、肺炎、其他先天异常、先天性心脏病、早产低体重。评审结果可避免死亡占60.94%；不可避免死亡占39.06%。结论：大力开展宣传教育工作，加强儿童系统管理，提高医疗保健人员的业务技能，是有效降低5岁以下儿童死亡率的重要措施。 　　【关键词】5岁以下儿童死亡；监测 ；评审；分析 　　in 2009 below the Changchun 5 years old the child dies the monitor appraisal result analysis 　　Jiang HuaZhao QianMa Lina 　　【Abstract】Goal： Grasps below 5 years old the child cause of death and the influencing factor， proposed that the corresponding intervention measure， improves the child care grade of service， reduces below 5 years old the mortality of children. Conclusion： The development public education work， strengthens the child system administration vigorously， enhances the healthcare personnels service skill， is reduces below effectively 5 years old the mortality of children important measure. 　　【Keywords】 below 5 years old the child dies， the monitor， the appraisal， the analysis 5岁以下儿童死亡监测是我国“三网”监测工作的重要指标之一，通过监测可了解5岁以下儿童的死亡率、死因变化趋势，为制定国民经济和社会发展的方针、政策提供科学依据。为进一步分析5岁以下儿童死亡原因及其影响因素，及时发现和掌握各个环节中存在的问题，有针对性的提出干预措施，有效降低儿童死亡率，提高我市儿童保健工作水平，长春市妇幼保健所组织专家对2009年长春地区64例5岁以下儿童死亡进行评审。 　　1资料与方法 　　1.1 监测范围：2008年10月1日至2009年9月30日长春地区5岁以下儿童死亡监测点中从出生到差1天不满5岁的儿童。 　　1.2 监测方法：根据国家妇幼卫生统计年报表，死胎、死产、0～4岁儿童死亡报告卡及质控结果，逐个进行统计，死亡分类按国际疾病分类进行。 　　1.3 评审办法：各县（市）区每季度组织专家对监测点5岁以下儿童死亡个案逐一进行评审，市级专家组每年复审一次各监测点的评审结果。 　　2结果 　　2.1
