云南红药胶囊用于人工流产后150例临床的应用的研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨人工流产术后即时服用云南红药胶囊治疗的临床效果。方法：选择2011年5月-2013年4月行人工流产的300例患者，随机分为观察组150例，进行人工流产后立即口服云南红药胶囊治疗；对照组150例，行人工流产后不服用云南红药胶囊治疗。两组均于术后口服同剂量同种类抗生素预防感染及口服同剂量的益母草胶囊促进子宫收缩，观察两组术后阴道出血量（与自身月经量比较）及持续出血时间；3周后彩超复查子宫内膜厚度及3个月内宫颈管粘连的发生率。结果：观察组阴道出血量少于对照组、阴道持续出血时间短于对照组（P0.05）， 观察组子宫内膜恢复较对照组好、宫颈管粘连发生率明显低于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：云南红药胶囊可显著减少人工流产术后出血量、缩短出血时间，减少人工流产术后并发症的发生，值得推广应用。 　　【关键词】 云南红药； 人工流产； 临床研究 　　Clinical Application Study on Yunnan Hongyao Capsule for 150 Cases after Artificial Abortion/ZHU Tian-bo， XUE Dong-ping，LV Yan-ling，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2013，10（35）：118-119 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of Yunnan Hongyao capsule taken after artificial abortion.
