广州大学毕业论文（设计）用纸 公 共 管 理 学 院 毕 业 论 文 论文题目 人性价值观对社工学生从业意愿的影响 学 院 公共管理学院 系 别 社会学 专 业 社会工作 班 级 2010级（1）班 姓 名 杨盛新 学 号 1003100065 指导教师 刘念 完成时间 2014年5月7日 摘要 在社会工作中，高校专业教育的主要目的是为国家培养社工职业人才，然而学生的从业意愿不高常导致专业人才流失，因此提升学生的社工从业意愿是必要和重要的。本研究以广东五所高校中212名社会工作专业本科学生为调查对象开展实证研究，发现人性价值观中，愤世嫉俗因子、值得信任因子、内在公正因子对学生从业意愿有显著影响。愤世嫉俗程度低、值得信任程度高、以及内在公正程度高的社工学生，其从业意愿较高。 关键词 人性价值观；从业意愿；专业认同；社会工作专业 ABSTRACT In social work, the main objective of higher professional education is to cultivate the social work occupation personnel for the country, but the desire to work students is not high often leads to professional talent loss, thus improve students social work practitioners will be necessary and important. In this study, five universities in Guangdong 212 social work undergraduate students to carry out an empirical study on the survey, found that the values of humanity, detest the world and its ways factor, worthy of trust factor, internal fairness factor has a significant influence on the students employment intention. Detest the world and its ways, low degree trust degree is high, and a high degree of internal justice social work students, its practitioners will higher.
