中国计量学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE 3 中国计量学院 毕业设计（论文） 题目：我国物流托盘标准化问题研究 二 级 学 院 标准化学院 专 业 标准化工程 班 级 10标准化二（1） 姓 名 指导教师 2012年 06 月 01日 我国物流托盘标准化问题研究 摘要 随着我国物流行业的快速发展，物流行业标准化研究可以说是目前物流研究中的最新，最热门的课题之一。据中国物流信息中心发布的数据，目前我国社会物流总成本约占GDP 的21.4%，较之发达国家相距10 多个百分点。如何缩短这一差距，降低我国物流总成本，提高物流运作效率，推进托盘的标准进而社会化应用是一个不可忽视的重要环节。托盘的利用最初始于装卸搬运领域，现在托盘单元化包装在保管、装卸搬运及运输中处处可见，托盘在整个物流系统活动中发挥着巨大的作用，变成了谋取“第三利益源泉”的重要工具。本文章第一部绪论主要阐述了论文背景及意义，第二部门对国内外物流托盘使用的现状进行研究分析。第三部分说明我国物流托盘标准化当中存在的问题，第四部分提出合理的物流托盘标准化的实施建议。通过对本文的研究大致可以探讨出物流托盘标准化对实现门对门等一系列物流节点的对接对促进物流标准化的重要作用，从而实现物流技术现代化，提高了物流的效率，节约了能源，大大降低了物流成本，提高了企业在应对全球化经济的竞争力。所以实现物流的托盘标准化无疑是促进我国经济增长的一个重要手段。 关键词： 物流托盘；标准化；共用系统 Abstrac With the developing of logistics service industry in our country, the standardization research of logistics service can be defined as one of the latest topics in the study. And according to the data from the center of Chinese logistics information, now our social logistics’ total cost accounts for about 21.4% of GDP and less 10 percentage points than developed countries. Promoting the tray standardization and socialization application is the most important link and cannot be neglected to bridge the gap, reduce the logistics’ total cost and raise the logistics operation efficiency. How to shorten this gap, reducing Chinas logistics costs, improve logistics efficiency, promote the pallet standardization and socialization application is an important aspect that can not be ignored. Tray use initially began handling areas, now pallet unit packaging in storage, handling and transportation everywhere, the tray in the logistics system plays an enormous role, to seek third profit source of the important tool. This article first analyses background introduction, mainly elaborated the background and significance，the second sector of domestic and international logistics tray using the analysis of the status quo.
