住院精神病人8年临床的资料分析 　　【摘要】 目的 了解我院住院精神病人的临床特点，为精神卫生防治提供科学依 据。方法 采用回顾性调查方法，对8年出院的病历资料进行调查，并与我 市相同年份的GDP进行相关分析。结果 女性多于男性，农村人口占多数(69 .24%)，初中及以下文化程度偏多73.57%， 婚姻状态较差。各种诱因导致精神障碍发生率为（33.83%）。精神分裂症占首位（50.34%） ，神经症占第2位（11.36%），情感性精神障碍占第3位（10.48%）。治疗单一用药占（64.9 6%），抗精神病药物使用频度最高的是氯氮平（20.07%），其次利培酮（18.70%）；抗 抑郁 药物使用频度最高的是帕罗西汀（9.90%），其次米氮平（3.66%），好转率（85.01%）。我 市人均GDP与住院各类精神病人数之间成正相关。结论 随着时代的发展， 我市住院精神病人数有增加趋势，尤其是神经症病人数增加明显，提示加强心理卫生工作非 常必要。 　　【关键词】 住院精神病人；疾病分布 　　 　　The Analysis of Hospital Psychotics Clinical Information during 8 Years.Yang Shunying, Yin Lide, Hou Yanshan, et al. Yuxi Mental Hospital, Yuxi 653100 , P.R.China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical character of the ho spital psychotics, and provide the scientific basis for the mental health preven tion and cure. Methods The cases during 8 years were investigat ed by review method. The n the information was compared with GDP in the same year. Results In the cases,the number of female was more than male, the rural was in the majority (69.24%) , and the culture level of most patients was below junior (73.75%). The marriagestatus of all the patients was bad. The incidence of mental disorder induced byall kinds of reasons was 33.83%, during which the schizophrenia was in the firs t place (50.34%), the second was the neurosis (11.36%), the third was the mood d isorder (10.48%). In the therapy, the rate of single medication using was 64.96% . Among the antipsychotics, the Clozapine was used the most frequently (20.07%);the second one was Risperidone (18.70%). Among the antidepressions, the most fr equently used was Paroxetine (9.90%); the second was Remeron (3.66%). The improv ement rate of all the patients was 85.01%. The GDP in average of our city was inthe positive relationship with the number of the entire psychotic who was in ho spital.
