第 PAGE 53 页 基于PLC的水泥工艺煤磨段自动控制系统设计 设计总说明 可编程控制器(PLC)是一种重要的、应用场合广泛的工业控制器,它通过数字式或模拟式输入输出控制各种类型的机械或生产过程。组态软件是数据采集监控系统SCADA的软件平台工具，是工业应用软件的一个组成部分。使人们在异地也可以实现对现场设备进行监控和操作。 煤粉制备在工业生产中有重要作用，被广泛应用于冶金、矿山、电力、水泥等行业。传统煤粉制备控制系统，具有控制点少、靠人工测量、手动操作等特点，随着生产规模的不断扩大和产量的提高，控制系统的处理量不断增大，以往人工现场控制手段己很难满足生产的要求，同时由于人工检测误差大，控制设备落后、安全性低，给整个系统的生产操作和管理带来了很大的困难。基于上述原因，对煤粉制备控制系统的进行了开发和研究。 本文介绍了PLC 在水泥工艺煤磨段自动控制系统中的应用,以及该系统的硬件配置和功能。同时着重讲述了PLC在煤磨段工艺的煤粉收尘仓温度控制系统中对温度的控制，再结合先进的PID算法完善系统，达到运行可靠、节能的目的。使用WINCC软件做出上位监控画面，对下位系统进行实时监控，实现数据监控、故障报警和记录功能。 关键词：煤磨段；PLC；PID；WINCC Rubs the section automatic control system design based on the PLC cement craft coal Design Description Coal powder preparation system is used widely in metallurgy ，mine，electric power, cement and SO on，which is important in industry production．Traditional control system has characteristics of a few I/O points，manual measure，manual operation．With the enlargement of production scale and enhancement of product unceasingly, the operation and management of control system have difficulties because of the quicker processing speed needed，manual operation not satisfying complex control demand，big error of manual measure，backwardness equipments and low safety of traditional system．Therefore，this paper，from both practical and experimental perspectives，develops and simulates coal powder preparation control system． Programmable Logical Controller (PLC) is an important and widely used industrial controller, which can control various machines and production processes by binary or analog input and output. The configuration software is the SCADA software platform tool of data acquisition supervisory system, a part of industrial application softwares constituent.
