刍议水的环境污染应急监测的方案 　　摘要：近年来,环境污染现象的频繁突发，要求我们工作人员不得不加快应对环境突发事件能力的提升。本文作者通过对环境污染事件发生时的应急监测和现场监测的回顾分析，简要叙述了面对突发环境污染事件的应急监测要点，并提出相关意见，以供参考。 　　关键词：环境污染突发事件；应急监测；应急管理 　　Abstract: in recent years, the phenomenon of frequent environmental pollution emergency requirements, our staff have to speed up the emergency ability. The author of this paper by reviewing and analyzing the emergency monitoring and on-site monitoring environmental pollution occurs, briefly describes the emergency monitoring points in the face of the sudden environmental pollution accident, and puts forward the related opinion, for
