单压板治疗粉碎性骨折稳定性的探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨单压板连接治疗粉碎性骨折的稳定性，为规范单压板连接的适应征提供依据。 方法 将骨折根据空钉数目对100例压板连接骨折患者进行分组，计算各组中治疗失败的百分比及差异性，结合实验结果判断各类粉碎性骨折单压板治疗后的稳定性的差异。 结果 空钉与非空钉压板连接治疗粉碎性骨折的稳定性有显著差异，空钉数目越多，固定稳定性越差，固定失效率越高。 结论 非空钉压板连接可用于治疗粉碎性骨折，单板空钉压板连接不适用于粉碎性骨折的治疗，石膏外固定的后续治疗不能为多数患者提供骨折愈合所需要的稳定状态。 　　[关键词] 粉碎骨折； 单压板连接； 稳定性 　　[中图分类号] R274.1[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1005-0515（2011）-01-059-01 　　Study stability of the treatment of comminuted fractures on condition single-plate connection 　　Wang xiuting, Fang yajun ,Sun hongtao. 　　（ Department of Orthopedics, Zibo Radio and Television Hospital, Zibo 255000. Department of Mechanic Engineering , Shandong Uniwersity of Technology, Shandong 255049,China.） 　　[Abstract]Objective Study stability of the treatment of comminuted fractures on condition single-plate connection, and provide the basis for the suitable single-plate connection。 Methods Group the 100 fracture patients with pressure plate connection according to the number of empty nail，and use the result of experiment to analyze the discrepancy in the treatment of all kinds of comminuted fracture with single-plate connection。Results The result show that significant differences exist in the cure of comminuted fractures, and the greater the number is, the higher the fixed failure rate is。 Conclusion At last, conclude that plate connection can be used for treatment of comminuted fractures, and plate connection of empty nail does not apply to the cure of comminuted fractures, follow-up treatment of external fixation of gypsum can not provide stable condition for healing of fracture. 　　[Keywords] comminuted fracture；single-plate connection；stability 　　 　　正确选择和使用内固定器材是保障骨折正常愈合的措施之一。专家们[1] [2]研究骨折内固定失败原因发现，内固定器材选择和使用不合理是一个长期存在的问题。本文通对2004～2009年收集的100例单压板治疗的骨折患者进行综合分析，结合相应的应力-应变试验，探索单压板治疗各类粉碎性骨折的稳定性差异，为规范单压板连接治疗粉碎性骨折适应征及后续治疗提供依据。 　　1 资料和方法 　　1.1 资料 　　1.1.1 一般资料 　　自2004年3月至2010年9月，共收集100例单压板连接治疗的骨折患者，年龄18～67岁，平均为37（±4.3），其中男73例，女27例。粉碎性骨折79例，非粉碎性骨折21例。包括锁骨骨折18例，肱骨骨折16例，尺桡骨骨折26例，股骨骨折13例，胫腓骨
