My essay focuses teaching practice , it is not subjective assumption about phenomenon above ; instead , it summarizes that comprehensively by questionnaire to walk into students’ heart objectively and comprehensively . The essay discards the disadvantage merely in theory , on the contrary , it analysises the causes of that phenomenon straightforward . For the causes , the essay brings out a series of strategies accordingly . These strategies are not wind-baggary, but practicable , which are summarized by author through teaching practice . In the essay , the author combines her practice closely , analysises the examples taken in her teaching in detail .When training the students , dare to write the composition of “enter the water” (Teachers Modeling Writing), put author’s life demonstration and achieve good result. The corresponding strategies taken out are enforceable, making contributions to improving the students’ writing . The essay consists of three chapters. Chapter one : representation of lacking ability in writing . Firstly, surveys according to questionnaire . Secondly ,it represents four aspects by data , that is : lack driving force interest, lack the ability of moderation conception, lack contests and non-excellent basic training. Chapter Two :the causes of lacking ability in writing. Exactly shown in the following three main aspects: 1 , the natural causes of students themselves during their growing course  , society , it lies in College entrance examination . , Chinese teaching , it lacks fully,systemic and scientific training and teachers don’t make full use of text resources and teachers themselves lack literature Literacy .
