IV IV Criminal conciliation system provides a good policy for the victim protection and victim compensation, which makes the protection of the victims benefit to the largest extent.Compared with the traditional criminal justice system, the most distinct characteristics of criminal conciliation system is the regression of the status of the victim as the mainstay.Based on the theories and practice,this Article aims at discovering the build of the criminal reconciliation of China from the aspect of the victims,with the hope of devoting to the development of criminal reconciliation.The Article is made up of four parts. The first part generally introduces the criminal reconciliation theory and makes preparations for the foundation of the theory.The second part mainly introduces the practice pattern of other countries,during this section ,the author selects some typical cases about criminal reconciliation from Chinese law system and the one of other countries.The author also analyzes the influence to the build of our system ,with the hope of referencing other countriesexperience to build Chinas criminal reconciliation system.The last two parts are the most important.At first,the writer talk about the disadvantages of the traditional criminal judicature,which can not guard the victims fully .Then the author introduces the criminal reconciliation has the advantages of safeguarding the rights of the victims.At last,starting from the specific system,the author introduces the ways of building the criminal reconciliation,the questions needing to be paid attention to as well as the implementation of the necessary measures.
