PAGE PAGE 2 中文摘要 本文主要对当前的思想政治教育现状的研究，顺应当今社会的发展趋势,对如何在 高校思想政治教育过程中坚持贯彻科学的发展观为指导思想，作了一定的探讨。充分 肯定了“以人为本”作为科学的发展观对我国高校的思想政治教育发展具有重大的指 导意义与现实意义。 胡锦涛同志指出 “要结合实际情况落实科学的发展观，注重解决自身发展中存在 的突出矛盾和问题”。科学的发展观不仅是我国经济、社会发展的重要指导思想，也 是我国教育发展的指南。我国教育发展中存在的诸多问题的解决都有赖于科学发展观 的指导，所以，如何在高校的思想政治教育中贯彻和坚持“以人为本”思想尤为重要。 应值得注意的是以人为本的思想政治教育工作在实际工作的推广中存在着诸多的 问题，特别是在思想政治教育工作中忽视学生的主体地位，过分的注重教师的主体地 位；忽视了学生行为、观念的个体差异；在教育方法中注重灌输式的教育，并且缺乏 多样性以及管理理念落后等诸多与以人为本的思想相背离的现象。 因此，针对以上在实际工作中存在的诸多问题，并相应的提出了解决相关问题的 措施，尤其是在实际的高校政治教育工作中必须重视和加强以下几个方面的工作：一 是要坚持以学生为中心，一切工作以为学生服务，满足学生的需要为工作的出发点与 落脚点；二是在实际工作中，从学生自身的特点出发，因材施教，因人而异，充分发 挥其学生自身优势；三是充分发挥以人为本在思想政治教育工作中的作用，应创建良 好的教育环境，其中包括师生关系、校生关系；四是要在思想政治教育工作中重事物 采用各种奖励措施、完善各种奖励机制，增强受教育者的主观能动性。最终实现大学 生综合素质的全面提高，为社会主义现代化建设服务。 关键词 高校；思想政治教育；以人为本；措施 英文摘要 Abstract This paper studies the current status of the ideological and political education, which makes a correct ideological and political education should take the scientific development concept as the guiding ideology, but as a people-centered scientific concept of development of the Chinese University of ideological and political education is of great guiding significance to the development and practical significance.
