刚果矿业投资风险的研究 　　 摘要：本文简要论述了刚果(金)的自然地理、矿产资源概况，对中国公司在刚果(金) 矿业投资的风险进行了分析，总结提出了中国企业在刚进行矿业投资应采取的主要风险防范措施。对拟进入刚果(金)投资的中国企业具有一定的参考价值。 　　关键词：刚果(金)；矿业投资；风险 　　Abstract：This paper briefly discusses the Congo’s natural geography and mineral resources situation, and analyses the risk of mining investment for Chinese companies in Congo. In addition, the article sums up that the main risk prevention methods should Chinese enterprises take while investing the mining business in Congo. The research has the certain reference value to Chinese enterprises that planning to invest in Congo. 　　Keywords：Congo, min
