北京市属医院基本建设的项目管理的模式选择的探讨 　　摘要： 目前，北京市属医院主要采取设置基建处进行自管模式、委托代建方进行托管模式以及咨询机构提供咨询服务三种管理模式对项目进行管理。文章通过对这三种项目管理模式进行比较研究，分析出各自的优势与不足，结合发达国家和地区项目管理模式的研究成果并对其加以借鉴，归纳出影响项目管理模式选择的因素，最后对市属医院项目管理模式的选择提出相应的建议。 　　Abstract： At present， municipal hospitals in Beijing mainly take three kinds of management mode of setting up the infrastructure for the self-management， entrusting agents for deposit and providing consulting services to manage the projects.
