冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者冠状动脉病变的的特点分析 　　[摘要] 目的:探讨2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者冠状动脉造影临床及冠状动脉的病变特点。方法:选择42例2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者作为糖尿病组,随机抽取同期冠状动脉造影的无2型糖尿病的冠心病患者45例为对照组,采用Judkins法行冠状动脉造影,对两组患者冠状动脉造影结果进行对比分析。结果:糖尿病合并冠心病的患者病变复杂,多呈弥漫性的血管病变且多合并心功能不全,而对照组的患者多以单支单处病变为主,病变较简单。冠状动脉造影结果示C型病变糖尿病组(71.4%)显著高于对照组(11.1%)(P0.05)。结论:糖尿病合并冠心病患者较无糖尿病的冠心病患者病变复杂,累及的血管多、范围广,其冠状动脉病变为多支弥漫病变。 　　[关键词] 冠心病;2型糖尿病;冠状动脉病变;冠状动脉造影 　　[中图分类号] R541.4[文献标识码]A [文章编号]1673-7210(2010)02(c)-054-02 　　 　　Analysis of coronary artery lesion characteristics in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients complicated with coronary heart disease 　　SUN Ying, TONG Yuhong 　　(Cardiovascular Division, the Central Hospital of Yingkou City, Yingkou 115000, China) 　　[Abstract] Objective: To explore the clinical characteristics of coronary arteriographies and coronary artery lesion. Methods: 42 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients complicated with coronary heart disease were as diabetes mellitus group (DM group), 45 cases of those had no type 2 diabetes mellitus were as control group, Judkins method was used to have coronary arteriographies, and the results were analyzed. Results: The changes of diabetes mellitus patients complicated with coronary heart disease were complicated, much presented the diffuse vascular disease and much mergered the cardiac insufficiency. The lesion of control group many with list place pathological changes was lord, pathological changes more simple. Coronary arteriographies, in the C type pathological changes, DM group (71.4%)was higher than that of control group (11.1%) (P0.05).
