凉城县旅游资源开发的研究 　　摘要：随着国家经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高，增强了人们旅游的愿望和可能性，一股旅游开发的热潮席卷各地。凉城县旅游资源丰富，县政府和旅游局紧随潮流趋势，制定了多项招商引资的优惠政策，加大了对旅游资源开发的力度，为凉城县旅游资源开发提供了一个广阔的发展空间。随着各种旅游资源的开发，形成了各具特色的旅游景点，但是在开发过程中也出现了很多问题。本文通过对凉城县旅游资源开发现状的研究，提出了凉城县旅游资源开发中存在的问题并相应的给出了解决对策。 　　关键词：旅游资源开发、旅游资源、景区、凉城县 　　Abstract：With the development of national economics and peoples living standards, the desire and possibility of travel are being enhanced.Aboom of tourism exploitation is sweeping around.Liangcheng has the rich tourism resources, the government and the Tourism Bureau followed the trend and make a number of preferential policies to attrarces foreign investments.The development of a number of preferential policies to attract foreign investment, stepped up its efforts to develop tourism resources for the development of tourism resources Liangcheng provides a broad development space. Based on the development of tourism resources Liangcheng, the status of research, the development of tourism resources Liangcheng, Problems and corresponding solutions are given. 　　Key words：The development of tourism resources；Tourism Resources；Scenic Spot；Liangcheng. 　　中图分类号：F235.69文献标识码：A文章编号：2095-2104（2013） 　　0前言 　　旅游业首创于19世纪中叶的英国，距今不到200年。在过去的半个世纪里，没有哪个产业像旅游业持续高速增长。随着旅游业的发展，我国上下也掀起了发展旅游业的热潮，面对这样一种形式，作为新型学科的旅游学的理论研究还相对滞后，以致在旅游资源开发出现了众多本来可以避免的问题，造成了资源的浪费和破坏。 　　凉城县旅游资源开发利用的过程中，由于各种各样的原因，也存在着不少的问题，本文将对凉城县旅游资源开发做出针对性研究，切实解决旅游资源开发中存在的问题。 　　1凉城县概况 　　凉城县地处黄土高原西北边缘与蒙古高原过渡地带，属阴山山脉的大青山前山部分，位于内蒙古自治区乌兰察布市中南部，总面积3458.3平方公里。全县以山地丘陵为主，水域为165.3平方公里，占全县总面积的4.7%。属中温带半干旱大陆性季风气候。七月平均气温为20℃，是难得的避暑佳境。 　　凉城县曾先后获得全国造林绿化百佳县、中国文化旅游大县、内蒙古十大历史风景名胜区、内蒙古七星级文明城镇。2005、 2006、2007连续三年入围中国西部百强县，成为中国西部最具发展潜力的县城之一。 　　2凉城县旅游资源 　　凉城县地处“环渤海经济圈” 和“呼包鄂金三角”交汇处，是蒙、晋、冀三省区交界地带的中心，地理区位优越，旅游资源得天独厚。各类旅游资源集中分布在岱海周围30公里的范围之內，具有资源密度大、分布组合、各景点依山环湖相呼相映、自然与人文景观相得益彰，草原与中原文化相互交融、独特的地域产生特殊的文化、旅游资源独树一帜等显著特点。 　　自然旅游资源
