射频热凝术联合臭氧消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床的探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨射频热凝术联合臭氧消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。 方法 整群选择2014年2月―2015年2月该院收治的88例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各44例，对照组采用射频热凝术治疗，观察组采用射频热凝术联合臭氧消融术治疗，比较两组患者疼痛程度、直腿抬高角度。结果 观察组VAS评分（2.89±0.76） 明显低于对照组（3.98±0.68）（t=7.909， P0.05）；直腿抬高角度（78.42±4.42）明显高于对照组（71.64±3.98）（t=7.561，P0.05）。结论 射频热凝术联合臭氧消融术有助于缓解患者疼痛程度，增加直腿抬高角度，提高治疗效果。 　　[关键词] 射频热凝术；臭氧消融术；腰椎间盘突出症；疼痛程度 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）01（a）-0021-03 　　Clinical Observation of the Effect of Radiofrequency Thermocoagulation Combined with Ozone Ablation in the Treatment of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc 　　ZHANG Hong-jian， YANG Hua-qing， SUN Feng-long 　　Department of Orthopedics， Beijing Rehabilitation Hospital of Capital Medical University， Beijing， 100144 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with ozone ablation in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
