小儿肛周脓肿手术时机的探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 研究手术时机对小儿肛周脓肿治疗效果的影响。方法 抽取2013年8月―2014年8月在该院肛肠科就诊的86例小儿肛周脓肿患儿进行临床研究，根据手术时机的不同分为观察组与对照组，观察组患儿在发病一期进行根除手术，对照组患儿在发病一期后进行根除手术，观察比对两组患儿的手术治疗效果及并发症。 结果 经治疗后，观察组患儿的治疗有效率（100.0%）明显好于对照组（58.1%），复发率（0.0%）也显著低于对照组（23.1%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗结束后对患儿及家属进行满意度调查，观察组满意度（100.0%）明显高于对照组（60.5%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 合适的手术时机对小儿肛周脓肿具有重要意义，合适的手术时机可有效提高患者的存活率，提高治愈率，降低复发率和并发症的发生率，具有可靠的临床意义，可在临床治疗中广泛推广。 　　[关键词] 小儿肛周脓肿；手术时机；探究 　　[中图分类号] R59 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）02（a）-0022-02 　　pediatric surgical timing of anus week abscess 　　WANG Wei LI Juan WANG Qiang 　　Department of Anorectal，the Paples Hospital of Yongcheng City，Henan Provinre，Yongcheng 476600，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of timing of surgery on the treatment effect of perianal abscess in children.
