女性生殖道支原体感染调查及药敏的的结果分析 　　【中图分类号】：R446 【文献标识码】：A 　　【文章编号】： 1004-597X(2007)12-0094-03 　　【摘要】目的：了解女性生殖道支原体感染及临床药敏情况。方法：2006年6有至2007年6月江苏省大丰市第三人民医院对1768例妇科门诊患者进行了宫颈分泌物支原休培养，并对阳性标本做9种抗生素药敏试验。采用支原体培养、鉴定、药敏一体化试剂盒进行检测。结果：1768例中支原体阳性为997例，感染率为56.4%，其中解脲支原体（UU）、人型支原体（MH）及混合感染的阳性率分别占51.0%（902例）、10.9%（192例）、38.1%（674例）。药物敏感情况：UU单一感染最高为克拉霉素86.0%，MH单一感染最高为美满霉素76.6%，混合感染为美满霉素56.95%。结论：在本研究中女性生殖道支原体感染率为56.4%，克拉霉素是治疗UU感染的首选药，美满霉素是治疗MH和混合感染的首选药。? 　　【关键词】 女性；生殖道；支原体；感染；药敏? 　　 　　The female reproduces theinfection investigation and the medicine sensitive result analysis? 　　HUAN Ling? 　　【Abstract】 goal: Understood the female reproduces ainfection and the clinical medicine sensitive situation.
