小麦铅含量检测的研究 　　摘要采用微波消解技术和原子火焰法技术研究小麦中残留铅含量与土壤中铅含量之间的关系,结果表明:当土壤中的铅含量低于300 μg/g时,小麦中的铅含量随着土壤中铅含量的增加呈线性增加趋势,随着土壤中铅含量的进一步增加,小麦中的铅含量增加缓慢,当土壤中的铅含量大于600 μg/g时,小麦中的铅含量达到饱和值。 　　关键词小麦;铅含量;土壤 　　中图分类号 X171 文献标识码A文章编号 1007-5739(2010)12-0318-02 　　 　　DetectionStudyonLeadContentinWheat 　　WU Lin-jun 　　(College of Information Science and Engineering,Henan University of Technology,Zhengzhou Henan 450001) 　　AbstractUsing the microwave digestion and atomic flame method,the relationship between the lead content of wheat and the lead content of soil was studied.
