心内科住院患者中药注射剂的应用调查分析 　　[摘要] 目的：调查分析我院心内科住院患者中药注射剂的应用情况，为中药注射剂的规范应用和管理提供参考依据。方法：随机抽取我院心内科2010年9月出院患者病历149份进行回顾性调查分析。结果：149例患者中，使用中药注射剂121例，使用率为81.21%；联合用药54例，占使用中药注射剂患者的44.63%；我院心内科中药注射剂使用存在超限量使用、溶媒配伍不当、联合用药率高等不合理情况。结论：我院心内科中药注射剂的应用存在一些不当之处，医院须采取切实可行的干预措施，加大监管力度，才能使用药逐步趋向合理。 　　[关键词] 中药；注射剂；用药分析；住院患者；心内科 　　[中图分类号] R932 [文献标识码] C [文章编号] 1673-7210（2011）11（c）-146-03 　　 　　Investigation and analysis of Chinese medicine injection application among inpatients of cardiology department 　　LI Rubiao1, CUI Xinli2 　　1.Department of Pharmacy, the First Peoples Hospital of Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, Lianyungang 222002, China; 2.Department of Information, the First Peoples Hospital of Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, Lianyungang 222002, China [Abstract] Objective: To provide references to the standardized application and management of Chinese medicine injection by investigating and analyzing the application situation of Chinese medicine injection among the inpatients of the cardiology department. Methods: 149 discharge records were selected randomly from all the discharge records of the cardiology department in September 2010, which were investigated and analyzed retrospectively. Results: Among the 149 cases of patients, Chinese medicine injections were used in 121 cases, the utilization rate was 81.21%, of which 54 cases received combination therapy, accounting for 44.63%. Overuse, misuse of solvent, high combination rate and other unreasonable application of Chinese medicine injection were found in cardiology department of our hospital. Conclusion: There exists some inappropriate application of Chinese medicine injection in the cardiology department of our hospital.
