PAGE V 城市消防指挥自动化构建理论与方法研究 摘 要 城市消防指挥自动化系统建设是当前我国城市防灾体系建设的热点之一。在技术层面上城市消防指挥自动化系统是一个基于城域网的信息响应体系，为科技强消带来了难得的机遇，但同时也给我们队伍信息化建设带来了挑战。城市消防指挥自动化系统是现代城市消防不可缺少的重要技术装备，也是城市公共基础设施的重要组成部分。成功建设一个自动化的消防指挥系统，不但可以展示我们驾驭现代科学技术的能力，而且可以实现人与装备的最佳结合，快速、高效、科学的处置各类消防执勤任务。近年来，各地公安消防部队越来越多的应用现代通信、计算机、信息处理等技术建立起技术先进、性能优良的消防通信指挥系统，大大提高了消防队伍技术装备水平和灭火技术效能。本文从现有城市消防指挥自动化系统建设中存在的问题入手，总体概括了系统建设的方法和指导思想，并对系统建设中应注意的几个重要方面进行系统地分析和探讨，最后阐述了系统验收和系统运行的维护管理事项，希望能为以后城市消防指挥自动化系统的建设提供参考意见。 关键词 消防; 指挥自动化系统; 系统建设 Study on the Theory of State-building and Method of Urban Fire Control Command Automatization Abstract The building of urban fire control command automatization system is one of the hot spots in the current country disaster prevention system construction. On the technical level urban fire control command automatization system is the information response system which based on the metro system.It bring a rare opportunity for strong consumer technology ,but at the same time it also gives us challenges on the information of team-building.Urban fire control command system is an important and indispensable technology and equipment in a modern city,also is an important component of the urban public infrastructure.The success of the construction of urban fire control command automatization system is not only to show our ability to control the modern science and technology, but also to achieve the best combination ,fast, efficient and scientific between people and equipment to deal with the task various types of fire duty.In recent years, Around the public security forces set up advanced technology and excellent performance of fire communication and command systems using more and more application of modern communications, computers, high technology and information processing equipment,which greatly improving the level of fire teams and fire-fighting technology and equipment technical performance.
