小牛血清去蛋白注射液治疗流行性乙型脑炎患儿临床的研究 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨小牛血清去蛋白注射液（奥德金）在流行性乙型脑炎中的临床应用。方法 77例流行性乙型脑炎患儿，随机分成治疗组（40例）和对照组（37例），治疗组在常规综合治疗基础上加用小牛血清去蛋白注射液，对照组采用常规综合治疗。结果 治疗组总有效率97．5％，对照组总有效率81．1％，治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组 (P0．05)，治疗组退热时间、神志清醒时间及住院时间均明显小于对照组(P0．01)。无明显不良反应。结论 小牛血清去蛋白注射液治疗流行性乙型脑炎疗效较好且安全，值得临床推广。? 　　【关键词】小牛血清去蛋白注射液；流行性乙型脑炎? 　　? 　　Deproteinized calf blood injection for management of epidemic encephalitis B in Children WANG Hong-wei. Methods 77 patients with epidemic encephalitis B were randomly divided into 2 groups，the treatment group(36例) and control group(34例)．On the basis of routine combined treatment, patients of the treatment group were given deproteinized calf blood injection．Patients of the control group were submitted only to the routine combined treatment．Results The overall effective rates were 97.5% and 81．1% in the treatment group and control group，respectively．The therapeutic effectiveness in patients of the treating group was superior to that of the control group(P0．05)．Defervescence time, consciousness comeback time, and being-in-hospital days in treatment group were significant lower than those in the control group(P0．01).
