广州医科大学卫生职业技术学院护理专业校内实训基地建设实践的研究 　　[摘要]目的 研究广州医科大学卫生职业技术学院应护理专业需求，分析校内实训基地建设与实践情况。方法 本学院于2011年4月～2012年4月未建设实训基地为对照组，于2012年5月～2015年5月设置实践基地为干预组，各80例，本研究从职业教育特点出发，根据护理职业教育课程安排，将教学方法进行改革，引进师资，规范管理等要素，提出校内护理实训基地建设依据，观察实训基地建设前后学生实践技能掌握情况。结果 干预组学生对于临床基础操作掌握力度优于对照组（P0.01）；干预组满意度高于对照组（P0.01）。结论 对于校内实训基地建设工作，可以结合其他院校示范点进行参考，全面完善硬件及软件设施，引进师资力量，学院内改革重点应着重提高学生实践动手能力，且大部分学生对于学院安排感到满意。 　　[关键词]实训基地；实践；影响 　　[中图分类号] G424.4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）01（c）-0155-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To study the requirements of nursing students in the Vocational College of Health Sciences， Guangzhou Medical Unviersity，to analyze the practical condition on the construction of training bases in the college. Methods From April 2011 to April 2012，the training base was not constructed in our college as conventional group，from May 2012 to May 2015，the training base was constructed as innovation group，80 cases in each group.According to the vocational education characteristics and arrangement of nursing courses，it was necessary to make a reform on the teaching methods，introduce the new teachers and standardize the management，the school on the basis of nursing practice base construction was putted forward.The student′s practical skills before and after construction of training bases were observed.Results The evaluation score of the student′s basic operation ability for innovation group was higher than that of conventional group （P0.01）；the satisfaction of innovation group was higher than that of conventional group （P0.01）.Conclusion For the work of the school practice base construction，can be combined with other colleges and universities demonstration site for reference，comprehensively improve the hardware and software facilities，the introduction of teachers，reform in college，emphasis should be focused on improving students practical ability，and most of the students for the college is satisfied with the arrangements. 　　[Key words]Training base；Practice；Effect 　　?o理专业在医学院校中属于招生较多的一类专业，此门学科不仅需要学生
