抗痨胶囊剂体内外抗肺结核的作用的研究 　　【摘要】 目的 体内外评价抗痨胶囊防治肺结核作用。方法 运用试管法观察两种制剂体外对结核菌生长的影响,运用结核豚鼠观察药物体内对结核病的防治作用。结果 抗痨胶囊体外对人型H37RV结核杆菌、牛型分枝杆菌及耐异烟肼、耐利福平、耐链霉素和联合耐异烟肼、利福平及链霉素结核杆菌的MIC和MBC分别为0.5 mg/ml和5 mg/ml、10 mg/ml和大于20 mg/ml、5 mg/ml和10 mg/ml、5 mg/ml和10 mg/ml、10 mg/ml和20 mg/ml。体内抗结核实验结果显示:抗痨胶囊可显著减少结核豚鼠肺脏的结核结节及肺脏和脾脏的结核菌数量,同时还可减轻结核豚鼠肝脏、脾脏及肺脏的炎性反应。并可显著减少豚鼠脾脏的结核结节。结论 上述结果显示,抗痨胶囊对肺结核有一定的防治作用,有一定的开发前景。 　　【关键词】抗痨胶囊;肺结核;药理研究 　　 　　Research of effects on anti-pulmonary tuberculosis of anti tuberculosis capsule in vitro and in vivo 　　 　　LI Gang.Department of pharmacy,Dazhou county people’s hospital of Sichuan Province; Dazhou county people’s hospital of Sichuan Province,635000 　　 　　【Abstract】 Objective To estimate effects on anti-pulmonary tubenrculosis of anti tuberculosis capsule in vitro and in vivo.Methods Observe the growing effects of the two pharmaceutics on tubercle bacillus by test tube method in vitro,and the preventive and therapeutic effects of the drugs on guinea pigs’ modles in vivo.Results MIC and MBC of anti tuberculosis capsule onH37RV tubercle bacillus,mycobacterium bovis,tubercle bacillus resistance to isoniazid,rifampicin,streptomycin,and tubercle bacillus combine resistance to isoniazid,rifampicin,streptomycin are 0.5 mg/ml and 5 mg/ml、10 mg/ml and20 mg/ml、5 mg/mland 10 mg/ml、5 mg/ml and 10 mg/ml、10 mg/ml and 20 mg/ml in vitro.In vivo test results showed thatanti tuberculosis capsule could decrease significantly the tubercular nodule of lung and the amount of tubercle bacillus in the lung and splenic of guinea pigs,and alleviate inflammatory reaction in liver,spleen and lung of guinea pig,and decrease significantly the tubercular nodule of spleen.Conclusion The above results showed that anti tuberculosis capsule has some preventive and therapeutic effects on pulmonary tubereulosis,and has some exploitation perspective. 　　【Key words】Anti tuberculosis capsule; Pulmonary tubereulosis; Pharmacology research 　　 　　作者单位:635000四川省达州市达县人民医院药剂科 　　 　　肺结核(pulmonary tubereulo
