数控技术人才培养的模式的改革探析 　　摘要： 本文分析了数控技术人才的就业现状，指出了高校数控人才培养中存在的问题，并结合本校实际情况，对数控技术相关课程的教学提出一系列人才培养模式的改革方法，为用人单位培养出拔尖创新型的数控技术人才。 　　Abstract： This paper analyzes the employment situation of NC technology talents， points out the problems existing in NC personnel training of university.
