In order to overcome the low anti-interference ability of vortex tlowmeter ，according to the typical character of Karman vortex，our research group put forward the duct-wall differential pressure method (ODPM) to measure the mass tlowrate in the pipe directly by equipping a differential press旧e sensor on the pipe duct and made a DDPM vortex mass tlowmeter. In order to extend the application areas such 部: water，air，and steam，etc， this thesis optimizes the DDPM vortex mass tlowmeter and studies the signal process method. The thesis mainly focuses on the following contents: (1) A detailed surnma可 of the character，dev?lopment history and measurement methods of the vortex tlowmeter were presented. The principle of the DDPM vortex mass f10wmeter and its advantage over traditional methods were introduced. Analyses of the difficulties of the OOPM vortex in the real application and the solutions were also given. A DOPM vortex mass tlowmeter was optimized designed. The dynamic frequency response character of the pressure probe system w;部 studied to optimize the press町e probe system structure through the study of the tluid network theory. The working temperature of the ODPM vortex tlowmeter w臼 analyzed by heat transfer theory to prove the feasibility of the stearn f10wrate meas盯ement. Experiments were conducted by water and air. The causes of the eηor in the low m出s tlowrate measurement were studied. The experiment data shows that the optimized tlowmeter has a good measurement precise and can reduce the low limit in the water volume tlowrate measurement. In order to overcome the error in the low tlowrate measurement ，this thesis uses the temperat田e compensation to reduce the zero point drift and applies the Wigner-Hough transform (WHT) into the vortex signal
