摘要 摘要 I I 摘要 自 2008 年金融风暴之后，经济发展的不稳定因素大量存在，全球经济进入 后危机时代，国际直接投资和国际产业转移呈现出新的格局与新的发展趋势。 云南作为我国面向西南开放的重要“桥头堡”，随着经济开发的不断深入，对外 直接投资规模增长迅猛，产业结构调整效果显著。然而，对外直接投资在实现 规模增长的同时，对云南的发展产生了怎样的经济效应，尤其是产业结构优化 的促进效应。 本文从宏观角度出发，使用规范分析和实证分析相结合的研究方法，就对 外直接投资促进云南产业结构优化进行了深入的分析。 先就对外直接投资的母国产业结构调整效应这一主题的相关理论文献进行 梳理和评析，在此基础上对云南国际直接投资的实践活动及产业结构调整状况 展开分析。接着是在对外直接投资的产业结构调整效应理论分析的基础上，选 用 2002-2011 年云南对外直接投资规模和非农化水平的时间序列数据，就对外 直接投资与云南产业结构优化之间的关系进行实证分析，得出的结果是：一、 对外直接投资有效促进了云南产业结构优化；二、促进效应偏低，与全国对外 直接投资的产业结构促进效应相比差距较大；三、短期促进效应优于长期促进 效应。最后，根据结论提出相应的对策建议，以提高云南对外直接投资的经济 效益和更加有效地促进云南产业结构优化升级。 关键词：对外直接投资；促进；产业结构优化；云南 Ab Abstract I II Abstract Since the financial turmoil of 2008, there have been a large number of instability factors of economic development, and the global economy has entered a post-crisis era, with the international direct investment and international industrial transfer being a new pattern and new trends. As a bridgehead, Yunnan is a Chinas southwest- oriented open area. With the continuous deepening of economic development, the scale of OFDI is growing rapidly and the adjustment of industrial structure has been making a significant effect. However, OFDI has achieved the scale of growth, at the same time, how promotes the development of Yunnan, especially the effects of industrial restructuring. In a macro perspective, combining normative analysis and empirical analysis research methods, OFDI promoting Yunnan industrial structure optimization has been deeply analyzed. Firstly, the thesis has sorted and assessed related theoretical literature on the home country industrial structure adjustment effect of OFDI. On the basis, the Yunnan practice of international direct investment and status of industry structure adjustment has been analyzed.
