Enterprises can gain convenient, secure and reliable financial services by internet bank and they can do their businesses without going to bank office. A lot of transnational enterprises have started to use computer financial software systems or ERP systems now. As the financial administration is becoming more systematic, electronic, and institutionalized, more and more enterprises have set up their own financial systems. Enterprises’ wide spread usage of financial systems requires high-level financial services from banks. Enterprises with high informatization hope that the relative operations on their own financial systems can be simultaneously done in the bank without logging on the internet-bank and input their instructions again. In order to meet the need of enterprises’ higher level financial administration, accommodating the trend of informatization and connecting the ERP systems and internet bank, the new version of internet bank program is developed. The system can be accessed not only by WEB browser, but also by enterprise ERP system. This thesis studies the background and the key techniques of internet bank, and analysed both the function and performance requirement of internet bank. Aiming at better maintainability and scalability, a J2EE-based system design model is brought forward, and the team do a lot of deeply research and project practice. The system model is based on 3-layer B/S architecture, and takes XML as data exchanging format. It gives a solution to problems brought by the changes on business logic and functions. It realize that company finance person can complete all the financial affairs by the financial system or ERP system after it put into production.
