摘 要 在对外汉语教学中，文化教学是十分重要的一部分。但由于文化的多样性和复杂性， 文化教学更多地是辅助语言教学，提高留学生的汉语综合能力，因此在选择教学内容时， 要选择中国传统文化中有代表性的内容让留学生学习。茶文化是中国传统文化中十分重 要的一部分。中国茶文化源远流长，经过几千年的发展和演变，不仅深入本国人民的日 常生活，与中国文化的其他方面相互影响、融合，而且通过文化交流和商业贸易等多种 方式传播到世界各地，并融入当地文化，形成了不同国家各具特色的茶文化。中国茶文 化不仅有其独特的民族性，而且又是其他国家茶文化的源头，因此将其作为对外汉语文 化教学的一部分，是十分必要的。 但目前国内对茶文化的研究仍集中在传统领域，很少和对外汉语教学结合起来。本 文在前人研究的基础上，以茶文化为研究主体，分为以下几个部分： 绪论说明了本文的研究背景和研究意义，以及所采用的主要研究方法——对比分析 法和问卷调查法；第一章分别对中日、中英茶文化进行对比，并着重分析了其中的差异； 第二章对河南大学国际汉学院留学生进行问卷调查，并通过对调查结果的分析，对茶文 化教学提出自己的建议；第三章对茶文化课程从理论教学和实际教学两方面进行分析， 并对茶文化课程做了具体的教学设计；结语对整篇文章的内容进行了总结，并提出今后 努力的方向。 关键词：对外汉语教学，茶文化，课程设计 I III III IV IV ABSTRACT In the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, cultural teaching is playing a very important role. But because of the diversity and complexity of culture, culture teaching is the secondary language teaching and to improve Chinese comprehensive ability of students, so when choosing the teaching contents, people should select the representative contents of Chinese traditional culture for students to learn. Tea culture is a very important part of Chinese traditional culture. Chinese tea culture has a long history, after thousands of years of development and evolution, not only in-depth daily lives of nation people, and interact with other aspects of Chinese culture, integration, but also spread around the world through a variety of ways, such as cultural and commercial trade, and integrate into the local culture, forming a distinctive tea culture in different countries. Chinese tea culture not only has its own unique national character, and also is the resource of other countries’ tea culture, so tea culture as a part of teaching of Chinese as a foreign language is essential. But the domestic research on tea culture is still concentrated in traditional areas, few connect with teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.
