PAGE PAGE 5 4329名煤矿职工职业健康检查结果分析 常艾民 （安阳市疾病预防控制中心，河南，安阳，455000） 【摘要】 目的 为保护劳动者健康及其相关权益，为制定职工健康的预防措施提供科学依据。 方法 根据卫生部《职业健康监护管理办法》及《职业健康监护规范》（GBZ188-2007）规定和要求进行调查。 结果 在检职工4329名中，共查出各类疾病及单项指标异常的人次为1552，总检出率为35.8%。检出疑似煤工尘肺48例、疑似职业性噪声聋101例（接尘工龄、接噪工龄均在10年以上，年龄均在30岁以上），检出率分别为1.1%、2.3%；粉尘作业职业禁忌证6例，噪声作业职业禁忌证16例，其他胸片异常97例，血压异常365例，心电图异常381例，转氨酶升高168例,血尿常规异常370例。各种疾病及单项功能指标异常的检出率随年龄增长而增高，随着工龄的增高各种疾病及功能指标异常的检出率也随之增加。 结论 该市煤矿工人健康状况不容乐观，用人单位及广大职工应提高职业卫生法制意识，自觉养成良好的职业卫生习惯，做好职业健康检查工作。 【关键词】 职业健康检查；疾病；指标异常；检出率 Analysis of Occupational Health Examination Results of 4329 Employees in 3 Coal Mines of Anyang City CHANG Ai-min.Anyang Center for Disease Control and Prevention，Anyang Henan 455000，China 【Abstract】 Objective To provide a scientific basis for the protection of workers health and its relevant rights and interests, and for the development of preventive measures for workers health. Methods The investigation was based on the Occupational Health Surveillance Management Measures and Occupational Health Surveillance Norms（GBZ188-2007） issued by Ministry of Health. Results Of 4329 employees, 1552（35.8%）were detected various diseases and abnormal individual indicators; Picks out the suspicious coal labor pneumoconiosis 48 examples and the suspicious occupational noise-induced deafness 101 examples(job seniority above 10 years,age above 30 years old),picks out rates 1.1% and 2.3%; the dust professional taboo 6 examples, the noise professional taboo 16 examples,other Chest X-rays showed other abnormal results 97 examples,the blood pressure exceptionally 365 examples , the electrocardiogram exceptionally 381 examples,the transaminase elevates 168 examples. Abnormal blood and urine were detected on 370 cases. The detection rate of various diseases and abnormal individual indicators increased with age and the length of service.
