摘 要：对中药五味中辛味的中医内涵、辛味中药的来源、辛味与药性理论的关系等进行了归纳总结。通过电子鼻、电子舌
等现代仿生技术结合化学分离分析方法，提出辛味在味觉和嗅觉的表征方式及其物质基础拆分表征研究思路。最后，对辛味
药性理论在临证配伍中的应用进行了探讨。

Abstract: In this article, authors summarized the connotation of traditional Chinese medicine on the five tastes, analyzed the source of
pungent-taste herbs, and reviewed the relationship of pungent-taste and nature of the herbs. Using bionic technology of electronic
tongue and electronic nose together with chemical separation method, the investigation idea to express the sense of taste-smell and
separation characterization of pungent-taste herbs was put forward. At
