基于离散相模型的高速列车转向架积雪研究 高广军a, b, c, *,王家斌a, b, c (a. 轨道交通安全教育部重点实验室,长沙 湖南 410075 ;b. 轨道交通安全国际联合实验室,长沙 湖南 410075 c. 轨道交通安全国家地方联合工程中心,长沙 湖南 410075 ) 摘 要: 针对高寒动车组在冰雪天气运行时转向架表面严重的积雪结冰问题,本文采用 了基于URANS Realizable k-ε 湍流模型的数值仿真方法对转向架区域的空气流场展 开研究。采用DPM 离散相模型模拟了雪粒子在流场内的运动轨迹、浓度分布和积 雪分布。研究结果表明:雪粒子主要集中在转向架下方运动,少量雪粒子在转向架 的后侧牵引电机和车轴的迎风面以及后端板处向上运动至转向架上方区域;转向架 下部区域的大量雪粒子在气动力作用下直接冲刷转向架底部设备造成了严重的积 雪结冰,而转向架上方的雪粒子在重力作用下堆积在转向架上表面,且转向架下表 面积雪远多于上表面积雪。 关键词: 高速列车;转向架;积雪结冰;离散相;数值模拟 中图分类号:U270 A study of snow accumulation on bogie of a high-speed train based on Discrete Phase Model Gao Guangjun a, b, c, Wang jiabin a, b, c (a. In this paper, the accumulated snow on the bogie has been investigated using the numerical simulation method based on URANS Realizable k-εturbulence model. The Discrete Phase Model (DPM) was used to investigate the snow particles’ trajectories, concentration and accumulation distribution around bogie region.
