摘要 地下工程或地下建筑是被人们开发利用并具有某种功能的地下空间，也 是城市第二空间。1991 年召开的城市地下空间学术会议，通过了《东京宣 言》，提出了“21 世纪是人类开发利用地下空间的世纪”。地下建筑因其所 存在的空间介质为岩土，而区别于地面建筑类型，加之消极的传统观念影 响，使得安全问题成为其空间开发利用的首要及主要矛盾。因此，如何构筑 良好的地下建筑活动空间与安全疏散环境，成为当前研究与设计实践亟待解 决的问题。 本文以城市地下商业街为研究对象。 首先，对国内、外火灾事故安全疏散理论研究状况进行了回顾和总结， 同时分析了该领域研究尚存在的不足之处，归纳出城市地下商业街应对火灾 事故发生时应注意的问题。 其次，通过对城市地下商业街在国内、外的发展历程以及现状对比，总 结出城市地下商业街的空间属性以及火灾事故下所表现的火灾特点，从而为 地下商业街应对火灾事故时进行安全疏散设计问题的解决提供客观的依据。 再次，文章以安全原理中的系统安全观为指导思想，从城市地下商业街 安全疏散主体和客体入手，分析研究地下商业街中人的心理、行为特点，继 而得出地下商业街安全疏散启示，并以此为前提提出应对火灾事故发生时地 下商业街客体安全疏散环境设计方法和措施。最终实现疏散主体在火灾事故 发生时能够及时有效的离开事故发生区，达到其所需的客观安全性。 最后，课题针对上述研究成果，结合哈尔滨市火车站站前广场地下商业 街现状，对其提出应对火灾事故的安全疏散改造设计建议，以此检验论证课 题所构建的安全疏散设计方法和措施的客观性与现实性。同时，为今后的城 市地下商业街开发利用，乃至其它地下空间类型的开发利用从安全疏散角度 提供一般性指导原则。 关键词 地下商业街，火灾事故，安全疏散设计 Abstract Underground project and underground architectures are underground spaces explored to meet the need of people, which is also called the 2nd space in a city. On the Underground Space Academic conference, which was held in the year of 1991, the Tokyo Manifesto was introduced. It pointed out that the 21st century is the century belonged to the exploration of underground space. The underground space is different from the ground space and because of both of its mainly being formed by ground and the influence of traditional negative and passive design method; the creation of comfortable environment and safe evacuation was made a vital problem to be solved in the design practice of underground space. This paper researched on the underground business street. Firstly, this paper reviewed the fire evacuation theory of China and foreign countries, and found out the problems existed in this research filed in China. Based on the above efforts, it concluded the items we should take attention to the design of underground business street.
