5、永久修复：塑型期结束时利用个性化印模技术进行取模行永久修复。 6、软组织美学评价：分别于种植手术前、永久修复完成时、永久修复完成后 6 个月 3 个时间点选取近中牙龈乳头、远中牙龈乳头、牙龈缘水平高度、软组织轮廓 4 项指标对软组织进行美学评价。 结果：本组病例 18 名患者，共植入 32 枚种植体，其中 4 例 7 个位点在拔牙术 后行位点保存技术，8 例 13 个位点为拔出残根同期行即刻种植手术，其余 6 例 12 个位点为局部情况稳定后行常规种植手术。定期随访 1-2 年，所有种植体均发生良 好骨结合，稳定性良好，上部结构功能良好，软组织形态美观，患者对修复效果满 意。永久修复体戴入后 PES 平均得分为 6.59±0.67 高于手术前 PES 平均得分 4.96 ± 0.89,评分经 t 检验显示差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论：在创伤性牙缺失患者种植美学修复中遵循“序列治疗”的理念，合理选 择、综合利用多种技术对种植区域甚至整个咬合系统进行干预，通过种植美学修复 的序列治疗可以很好地解决咀嚼及言语功能并能达到良好的美学修复效果，还可避 免长时间缺牙的尴尬，具有不损伤邻牙等优点，患者对修复美学效果及就诊过程较 为满意，是治疗创伤性牙缺失的一种良好修复方法。 硕士研究生：盛艳娇 （口腔颌面外科学） 导 师：贾保军 副教授 关键词：牙种植；美学修复；序列治疗 Application of sequential therapy about dental implant in the aesthetic restoration of traumatic dentition defect Abstract Object: To observe the clinical effects of dental implants in the aesthetic restoration of traumatic dentition defect patients caused by serious trauma. Methods: A total of 18 patients with bone defect in implantation area were selected as subject,who were included 7 patients with more than 2 tooth and alveolar bone damage.6 patients with occlusal disorders . 1、Preparing for implant surgery and design the treatment planing of the sequential therapy:(1)General take comprehensive physical examination and X-ray examination before implant surgery to understand the situation of alveolar bone in the implantation area.Then design the treatment planning of the sequential therapy .(2)After exodontia ,some technology were used to keep the bone and soft tissue conditioning. (3)Patients with dentition malformation were treated with orthodontic techniques before or after implant restoration. 2、Surgery procedure:（1）According the preoperative design to perform implant surgery. (2)Bone defects around implants were repaired by guided bone regeneration technique with bone graft,put the appropriate size membrane on the bone defect area,and over the edge of bone graft 2-3mm.
