To a certain extent, it has violated the principle “prudent entering”．It also leaves the posterity some history enlightenment, namely implementing the reform must embark from the reality, realistic, acting as circumstances permit; judging standard of the social reform should be whether it is advantageous in the productive forces development, it must have the CCP’S strong and the practical leadership. “The conclusion”, makes some theoretical exploration into the relations of the Yunnan Tibet area social reform and the modernized development. The author believes that inside and outside factors’ booster function will be the glorious future way of the Yunnan Tibetan area modernization that must be taken.
