钨矿选矿工艺研究进展 1、国家重点基础研究发展计划资助，编号2011CB4119132、作者简介：黄万抚，男，1962年1月出生，教授、博导，主要从事有色金属选矿和膜分离技术研究。肖良，男， 1987年5月出生，江西理工大学资源与环境工程学院2010级硕士研究生 1、国家重点基础研究发展计划资助，编号2011CB411913 2、作者简介：黄万抚，男，1962年1月出生，教授、博导，主要从事有色金属选矿和膜分离技术研究。肖良，男， 1987年5月出生，江西理工大学资源与环境工程学院2010级硕士研究生 黄万抚 肖良 （江西理工大学） 摘 要 系统地介绍了钨矿选矿技术的现状，分别详细介绍了白钨矿、黑钨矿以及黑白混合钨矿的选矿工艺的进展及方向。白钨矿的传统加温浮选由于环境的恶劣，逐渐被环境良好的常温浮选方法取代，而且常温浮选方法工艺简单、操作方便，越来越受矿山的欢迎；黑钨矿摒弃了传统的单一重、浮、磁工艺，重、浮、磁联合工艺流程逐渐趋于完善，随着高效率设备离心机以及高梯度磁选机的出现，钨细泥的选矿得到了很大的提高；随着钨矿的开采殆尽，传统的单一浮选已经不能满足低、贫、杂的黑白混合钨矿，多种经典的新工艺不断涌现出来；选冶联合流程针对那些品位低，难处理的钨矿具有良好的效果，是今后钨矿发展的重要方向。 关键词 钨矿；选矿工艺；浮选；重选；磁选；选冶联合工艺 Research on mineral processing technology for tungsten ores Abstract In this paper, the current situation of beneficiation technology of the tungsten ore was systematically reviewed, and the progress and direction of mineral processing technology of scheelite, wolfrmite, as well as scheelite - wolfrmite mixed ore, was detailed introduced , respectively. Due to the harsh ervionment in the traditional heating flotation of scheelite, the cold flotation of scheelite with friendly environment was replaced gradually. And the cold flotation has become more and more popular, which the method of mineral processing is easy and simple to operate. The traditional and singled mineral processing technology of gravity concentration, flotation and magnetic separation was abandoned, but the progress combined of them has become more perfect; with the emergence of the high efficient equipment,such as centrifuges and the high gradient magnetic separators, the benefication on tungsten fine clay has greatly improved. Along with the exhausting of tungsten ore, the traditional and singled flotation has been unable to meet the low, the poor, miscellaneous scheelite-wolfrmite mixed ore, so a variety of classical and new processes has arisen. The processing combined mineral processing and smelting is good effect to those tungsten ore, and is an important dirction of tungsten ore in the future.. Keywords tungsten or
